How long will it take to ship my order?
- All domestic orders take approximately 4-5 working days to ship from the date of order receipt.
- All International orders take approximately 10-12 working days to ship from the date of order receipt.
How much will shipping cost?
Domestic orders: A flat fee of INR 200 is charged for shipping on all domestic orders and displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
Offers: We may from time to time offer free international shipping as a bonus on our website, in which case the terms and conditions of that particular offer will be valid and the above will be terminated for that duration.
Could I change the shipping address of the order?
Shipping details can be edited before your order is billed or shipped. However, all changes must be emailed within 24 hours of placing an order online.
What if I am not home when the package is delivered?
Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.
